- Kids skip at 11:00am. Each particiapant must tell us their wellness change before starting!
STRENGTH CHOOSE Deadlift or Bench press Set 1 – 10 reps @ 31X1* Set 2 – 10 reps @ 31X1 Set 3 – 10 reps @ 31X1 Set 4 – 8 reps @ 31X1 Set 5 – 6 reps @ 31X1 *31X1= 3 counts down, 1 count at bottom, eXplode up, hold 1 count between reps -NO DROPPING DEADLIFT AT TOP!- SUPERSET WITH: DB Strict Press, 3 3 3 3 3 ….. if Deadlifting Single arm rows, 5-8 ps …… if Bench pressing WOD 3 rounds 6-8 hanging straight leg lift or knee up , keep back neutral 6 side to side lunges with DB, reach and touch floor AHAP or MW 9 AIR SQUATS, or use the weights from the lunges…..OH YA! ACCESSORY/ FINISHER ROW 2000 M FOR TIME or 1.5 mile run scaled is 1000m or block run
