In teams of two, complete the following as quickly as possible, partitioning the reps as you see fit:

SET CLOCK FOR EVERY 2 MINUTES, STOP COMPLETE RUN OR BURPEE, IF YOUR ROWING THE PARTNER WAITNG MUST BE IN PLANK OR HANGING KNEES UP.   TRY INTERVALS OF 250 M ROWS THEN SWITCH 

E2MOM RUN 100 METERS OR DO 1 BURPEE OVER YOUR PARNTER
Row 2000 Meters or 1 mile run together, weather permitting
50 Strict Pull-Ups (or Assisted Pull-Ups or rings)
100 Goublet squats AHAP – MW
100 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
100m walking lunges to garbage can and back 50 ps, inside,  1/2 lunges  
50 Strict Pull-Ups (or Assisted Pull-Upsor rings)
Row 2000 Meters or 1 mile run together
