120 MB Cleans MW
120 Shoulder to Overhead using DBells 35/25  20/15  12/10, shoulder issues use landmine
120 Overhead Weighted Walking Lunges weight plate, ribs in, arms locked out!
120 Air Squats
120 hollow rocks…. stay tight !!
120 Burpees to plate 25/45 or box if you really want to push it
