THIRD UPDATE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COVID-19
Hi everyone,
As things stand, the corona virus is in full force and doesn’t seem to be diminishing any time soon.
For the health and safety of you, your family members, the public,
we as a collective of coaches have decided it would be the best thing to have the gym closed longer and
will reassess for an opening April 1 2020.
WEDNESDAY APRIL 1 2020
For some incentives due to closure:

We will run classes over future holidays to make up for the closure.

We will continue to put out a home workout daily on the website.

We are adding a sign up sheet so members can come down and sign out 2 pieces of equipment to pump up their HOME WODS the coaches have created. Please call, text or email me about signing out equipment or your thoughts about the closure and possible re-opening.

We will also be running a few small fun in-house competitions with goodies as a little extra to show our appreciation of your patience and understanding at this time!
We will continue to re-assess each day by listening to the suggestions from the Government of Canada website,
and keep you updated as much as possible through the Crossfit South Surrey Website.
Please check website daily for updates. We are hoping you can understand during this difficult time
that this is the best thing to do, as limiting social contact in
highly contagious places has been rerecommended.
We would like you to know that we will open the gym
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
When coming back theses below steps from
my insurance company that must be followed.
The health and wellness of our team and our members is our primary concern during the Covid-19 outbreak.
To ensure the continued well-being of everyone,
we want to ensure you that we have further heightened our high standard of cleanliness
that you have always come to expect at your gym.
To keep all safe, please:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before AND after your workout sessions
- Use sanitizing wipes to wipe down all equipment that you have used
- No contact with each other even if you feel well.
- If you are sick, it’s not that we don’t love you, but please stay home until you are well!
For members that would like alternate workouts to do at home, please check the travel wods or ask me for a wod. No one is happy about this closure and it feels like a bad movie, and we are all in it!
