What is HYROX?
HYROX is the global fitness race that combines endurance and functional strength in a standardized competition format. Every HYROX race consists of:
✅ 8 rounds of 1 km running (or alternative)
✅ 8 workout stations (one after each run)
How HYROX Training Works
💪 Foundations – Learn and practice new movements
🏋️ Power – Strength-focused training
🏃 Engine – Cardiovascular endurance
🔥 Complete – Combines strength, cardio, and skills in one session
Can’t run? No problem! Walking or alternative cardio is always an option.

2️⃣ 50m Sled Push
3️⃣ 50m Sled Pull
4️⃣ 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
5️⃣ 1000m Rowing
6️⃣ 200m Farmers Carry
7️⃣ 100m Sandbag Lunges
8️⃣ 75-100 Wall Balls
HYROX for All Fitness Levels
Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just getting started, HYROX has options for you:
Go solo or team up – Compete individually, in pairs (Doubles), or as a four-person team (Relay).
Choose your challenge – Open division uses standard weights; Pro division is for advanced competitors.
Modify as needed – Reduce running distance, lighten weights, or swap movements (like rowing instead of running).
