WOD  25 reps  “Horsepower Complex” Use Kettlebell swings for Snatches for scaled  Shoulder issues please use Dbells, do regular grip DL, SA snatches,  2  squats and 1 push press  5 Sets of 5 cycles of the following complex:  50-60% of your Hang power snatch  Snatch Grip Deadlift Hang Power Snatch Overhead Squat Back Squat Behind the Neck Push Jerk   Finisher  run 1 mile = 3 block runs or 2 block runs
