EMOM: For 12 minutes, set your timer on your phone and pay attention so you can follow the minutes
1) 12 shoulder taps in plank
2) 15 glute Bridges
3) 10 bird dogs from plank /scaled from knees
WOD: For time
50 walking lunges
40 pushups, scaled from knees
30 burpees, scaled no pushup
20 jump squats
10 straight leg situps
* Go back up the ladder for an extra pump.
* If you have dumbbells or weights at home, add them to whatever movements you can!
