One Athlete working at a time, other Athlete is holding wall squats, jumping jacks or planks
8 minute AMRAP of:
- – 50 Pushups
- – 50 Kettlebell Swings
- – 50 Ring Rows
**2 minutes rest
8 minute AMRAP of:
- – 50 Pull-ups
- – 50 Med-ball Cleans
- – 50 calorie Row
**2 minutes rest
8 minute AMRAP
- – 50 total Dumbbell alternating 1 arm snatch
- – 50 Burpees
- – 50 Wall Balls
**Only 1 partner works at a time
