     2. 12 lunge with bicep curls and press, odd object or bumbells,

                  NO PRESSING OVERHEAD  IF NECK OR SHOULDER ISSUES

     3. Weighted pull overs in hollow rock position , odd object or weight plate 

    4.  8 per side single leg slam ball , slam ball or sports ball, soccer or basketball
