  2. 10 clean jump shrug … fast elbows to turn over
  3. 10 clean jump shrug, fast elbows power squat

At 70%  do 6 rds of 3 cleans

 

 Every 4:00 for 20 minutes

Do all the work and rest until the next 4 minutes
