A) 50 two-footed step jump ups and downs on small step ( single leg step ups/downs)
B) 3 strict pull ups (slow negative down)
C) 6 dips on Parallel bars ( edge of platform)
D) 9 push ups with feet elevated, use bench, (arms elevated )
E) 12 ps Bird dogs from plank (extend one limb at a time and/or from knees )
